I highly recommend David Lutz of Handler, Henning & Rosenberg! He recently represented me in a car accident case where I had been rear-ended, and my insurance company hounded me (perhaps because I'm elderly) from the very beginning to settle for $1,000. I sent an e-mail to Mr. Lutz, whom I had seen as a Plaintiff's attorney in court, and told him the details, and asked if I should settle. He said absolutely not, to come see him. Mr. Lutz got me a much higher settlement when we went to Mediation, that was much more in line with my injuries. He was terrific in keeping me informed of what was going on in my suit. If I e-mailed him with questions, I always received an e-mail back either that day or the next day! I have never had treatment like that from a professional before in my life! While he was always helpful in giving me his opinion of what he thought the case was worth, or what he thought our next action should be, he always made it known that the decision was mine, and I had to be happy with the result. His paralegal, whom I dealt with fairly often, was also extremely patient and very helpful. She had a confusing job of trying to figure out which bills had been paid and which ones had been denied by my insurance company. Even though I carry $100,000 of Medical Expense insurance on my auto policy and have a million dollar umbrella policy, my insurance company stopped paying my bills after one year because they thought I had enough treatment, even though my doctors were saying I still needed treatment and wrote reports explaining the reasons. My Lutz then sued my insurance company, and after months of negotiating with them, he got a settlement that paid for all of my past bills, as well as future treatment. Some people think attorneys run up costs and do not earn the amount they take from the settlement. I believe Mr. Lutz earned every penny he charged, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a wonderful attorney who is very easy to talk to, very fair to deal with, and extremely successful in getting great results!

David and Sharon are absolutely wonderful! We had no idea what to expect, or honestly where to even start after my accident. They walked us through everything and we got a better result than we expected. 100% recommend them!

I have only great things to say about Shawn. He always replied to my mails, phones calls or text very quickly and with nice and clear answers. I could have been in big trouble but he did a great job dealing with the case. I recommend him.
