As an enlisted soldier, I was being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with an officer— along with a few other allegations. Adam turned what felt like an immense amount of stress at first, into a process that was incredibly easy on me and no longer tolling. He was always available despite a 7 hour difference in time zones, swift in responding to all my questions or concerns, and never failed to keep me in the loop. His communication, effectiveness, positivity, and extensive knowledge reflected greatly. His efforts were evident in the end result, where I was thankfully found not guilty on all counts. Extremely professional and intelligent. While working through administrative processes, commands can be very accusing regardless of innocence. Basically it’s often “guilty until proven otherwise.” Thought it was a joke until experiencing it firsthand. Yet, Johnathan and his team made me feel like there was actual hope. Was there for me when a military attorney wouldn’t have been, which at times is worth more than words. Watching him work was a good lesson on how much you really need an attorney when dealing with the military justice system. Needless to say he was able to work my case towards a successful resolution, worth every penny. Not sure if I, or my family, can thank him enough. Just remember, before saying anything, call Johnathan. It’ll be worth it.
