I started to get certified letters daily from the attorney of my workers comp company. The accident happened 1.5 years ago and I forgot about it. I was a truck driver. In January 2015, I was suddenly having neck and back pain while driving from Houston to the northeast. I call my company"s safety dept. and talked about my problem. I was told to call back the next day. When I called back I was put on the speaker phone with the terminal manager and right away they were telling me that this was not a job related condition and by the things they were telling me and the question they ask I felt they were more interested in protecting the company from any liability than the pain I was in. I was discourage at first with my first couple of phone call, but after I called Matt I started to have hope, He seem to always be available when I really need him. when I became depress. I.d call him and tell him I was concerned and he would give me a lift, letting me know what was happening and how things were progressing. Ron is incredible, reliable, quick to return any/all means of communication, thoughtful and a truly genuine person. His company is always there for you as well as his employees. They all have you're best interest and Ron is truly compassionate in your best interest. I came to run as a referral to a gentleman who was dealing with a similar situation, simply in hopes for answers to questions I had, that neither my company nor workers comp were answering. Here I am, a 26 yr old, injurieD body part, student loan debt and no where to really turn and extremely frustrated. Ron turned around my whole life, he truly did. He excelled in answering all of my questions and beyond that, beyond what I ever thought would even happen. Life went from pretty depressing to soon to be student loan free. Settled. Matthew was by far the best attorney anyone could ask for. He answered my calls every single time. Never was there any complications, concerns or worries. Matthew was upfront, honest, polite,and generally concerned about my well being. The company we sued was arrogant and tried everything to discourage me, Matthew was right there supporting me when I wanted to give. They are by far the cheapest attorneys by at least 20%. If I were ever injured again I would call him instantly. We even stayed in touch after hour hearing. I almost wish I were injured again just to work with him. Best thing I ever did was call. Please do so, you won't be dissatisfied. By the way I had carpal tunnel and cleared 60,000$ after their share.

i needed a wc attorney that was local. i found calhoun & assoc. they give me matthew as an attorney and he did great. he took all my info and helped me with more than just wc problems. i cant thank him enough cause he got me money but more importantly made wc pay for my damages. thanks again matthew

I was a union full time chief paramedic for our local municipality. I suffered a serious on-duty shoulder injury. I was entitled to the maximum amount of Pennsylvania workman's comp for the year this happened. I was surprised to see that my monthly benefit was far below what it should have been. My municipalities comp carrier stated this was because I had another comp injury in the past year. This did not seem right, so I contacted Mr. Calhoon via e-mail. He called me that same day (Sunday) within a few hours. He explained to me that this is totally wrong. He was able to get me the maximum amount which turned out to be thousands of dollars over the course of my rehab. Never trust what your compensation carrier tells you and call or e-mail Mr. Calhoon. He and his team were great. All my e-mail questions and correspondences were answered promptly, sometimes within minutes. You can really trust this team.

I made the right choice by hiring Melissa. She is very professional, and was able to answer all of my questions. She was also excellent at communicating with me via e-mail and phone throughout my case. No complaints here.
