Michael and one of his Associates, Dan O''Riordan came through for me big. They were really professional and prepared to deal with all the information that I had given them in regard to an altercation I had with my Daughters Ex-Boyfriend and Father to my Grandchild. The guy was unbelieveable claiming to have suffered a concussion with a hospital bill that had no diagnosis or treatment listed and was from two days after our altercation. Dan was excellent reciting PA Law on issues related to fearing for yourself or someone elses well being and acting to try to prevent such.. These guys know what they are doing, professional, friendly and great and thier work! I would highly recommend Mike and any of his Associates when your in need of a Great Lawyer.

I walked in to a large legal gun store looking to purchase my first firearm. I don’t kvow anything about them or the procedure to get one. The sales people asked if I have ever been convicted of a felony. No. Great. Fill out this form and do not lie. Ok. While they are waiting my approval I pick out a gun I like. Approval says pending. 4 days later the store calls me and says declined. Why? They don’t know. Here’s where this can get ugly really fast. If you do absolutely nothing and forget it, like ok I was declined oh well, you could be charged with a FELONY!! What? It’s true. All denials in PA get referred to the STATE POLICE for investigation. Of course no one tells you this. Good thing I called a lawyer to get to the bottom of why I was declined and didn’t appeal on my own. Michael explained everything in easy to understand calls. He was able to figure out the problem quickly. Good communication throughout. Then filed the appeal. Appeal was granted. Then even helped me apply for the CCW permit. 3 weeks later it was approved! Next he offered to invite me to a class on self defense. He even wrote a book! I’d like to get a copy for myself to read. All in all if it wasn’t for him this could have turned out very badly. Very grateful.

I was trying to restore my 2nd amendment rights. My original legal rep got me over the 1st hump on the local level but Mr. Giaramita was able to get the final results and restore my rights completely. I would recommend to pursue the whole process with Mr. Giaramita’s law firm. Thank you.

I was denied a firearm and conceal weapons license renewal because of mistaken identity. I submitted all of my docs to PICS proving I wasn't the same person they were confusing me with.
