Unfortunately when I came to met David, I was emotionally and mentally drained. With all the drama going on in my life, I didn’t need any added stressors of trying to pick the right attorney, worry if I was going to be taken advantage of or wasting my time and money with someone whose not going to represent my desired outcome. From the initial phone consultation, David immediately put me at ease. He spoke to me as if I were a friend, not a client. He listened, understood and helped put into words all the different feelings and ideas running through my foggy head. Due to his professionalism, the knowledge he’s gained from past experiences and his fight for what’s right, he was able to get me the results I desired. I would recommend David over and over again!

One thing that I came to really appreciate is that he advocated me best by advocating all parties. He would tell me what was possible, fair, and right. He knew what Pennsylvania and Bucks County law and precedent support, so that I wouldn't try dumb or aggressive things. His interest was getting our matters resolved in a timely and economical way. And I came to really appreciate the wisdom in that. Also, his office runs great and is a pleasure to work with!

David Dubin, Esq. is the most disorganized and sloppy attorney I have ever encountered. I had 2 hour long meetings with him to discuss what I needed from a Separation Agreement; I was extremely thorough and gave him all the supporting documentation needed to complete my agreement with terms to protect me. I gave him a deadline of one month to complete and deliver the agreement. When I contacted him 2 days before the deadline to see why I had not yet received a draft, he had not even started working on it yet. He rushed an agreement in 2 days without even looking at the notes from our meetings. His agreement contained multiple errors which I then pointed out to him and he had the nerve to charge me to correct his own errors and then the gall to tell me that since it was only a 1st draft, errors were to be expected. Huh? Well, his errors have now cost me over $100,000 so consider yourself warned!

Integrity, competency and kindness are just three words to describe Mr. Dubin. He is s true professional who will take care of you. Take my advice: you will not go wrong.
