Well respected and knowledgeable when hearing your case.

No-one wants to need an attorney--but when you do--it is so nice to have someone you can trust. Attorney Randi Silverman (and everyone at this law firm) were so supportive and helpful thru a very difficult journey of divorce. A divorce can be a very lonely time, and feeling that someone was there to help me thru this whole emotional journey, was priceless. Thank you so much Attorney Silverman and everyone at this office that helped and supported me. I am truly grateful . At the beginning I gained an attorney....at the end I also gained a friend.

I have only the most positive of comments to make about this law firm. From my first phone call I felt that I was in good hands. Everyone is so kind and so caring above and beyond being very efficient and professional. It is usually not at a happy point in life that one needs an attorney but to find one who goes through that with you step by step with all the compassion and dedication of a friend is priceless. Randi Silverman is indeed an awesome attorney but she is also a very special person. It was a privilege to get to know her and all of her staff. I highly recommend them!

I was a client of Mrs. Tokarsky that began in 1999 and continued to 2006. I had an extremely difficult divorce and custody case. She and her associates were thorough and dedicated. They were relentless in their pursuit of justice for me. In light of the challenges and my opponent moving out of state... they were successful on my behalf. I am in debited to her and her associates for what they achieved for me. Money cannot compensate for all that they did.

Thank you Randi Silverman for taking my case on at the last minute most importantly helping me obtain my custody goals! She was phenomenal! Very organized and on her toes in the courtroom. Communication was outstanding when it came to having questions I could call or e-mail anytime and she would respond in a timely manner. I truly appreciate all that she did for me! I wish I could give negative stars. Simply the worst. I spoke with Michelle Tokarsky due to issues I was having with an attorney at her practice. Since she is the managing partner she wanted to discuss the problems I was having. Throughout our entire conversation she was rude, condescending and demeaning. She was exceedingly arrogant. When you are paying an attorney an exorbitant sum for terrible service, to belittle the person who is paying you on top of it all is reprehensible and thoughtless. I honestly have never been spoken to so rudely by another human being. I found her belligerent attitude disgusting. I questioned some charges that I received 18 months ago. I did not review my bills closely at that time because I was more focused on getting my life together, to which she replied, I have four kids and work 70 hours a week and I still take time to check my bills. So it apparently was my responsibility to make sure my attorney charged me honestly. I assumed that being an attorney was a position of trust, but I was mistaken. There are plenty of law firms in the area that will certainly give you better value for your money. Go elsewhere. You will be glad you did. She advertises that she was voted Simply the Best Attorney, well that dubious honor was bestowed in 2006. You cannot coast on tragically mediocre accomplishments forever.

Attorney Silverman has represented me over the past 5 years as my Divorce Attorney. In my opinion without a doubt she is one of the best in the business. My case was not a simple one and was repeadly contested by the other party Randi maintained her professionalism and did everything she could to ensure my best interest was always being looked out for. I couldn't be happier with the results and although they were favorable for me, they were very fair. I would highly recommend Attorney Silverman to anyone that is going through a divorce and wants the assurance that things will be resolved properly the first time.

I used Michelle for a custody case. She made promises she couldn't keep, and would do work I didn't request in order to charge me more money. She never solved any of my concerns and actually made things worse for my case. One example of this would be when she would set up witnesses for my case with no intention to actually use them, this resulting In more time on her clock. In the end I did not get what I deserved and was in the hole 30k. I would not recommend Michelle to anybody.
