I was charged with First degree, Third degree murder, Voluntary manslaughter, Involuntary manslaughter, simple assault, and terroristic threat I went to trial and was found not guilty on all charges he was amazing through the whole process he communicated with me on a regular basis and when I was apprehensive he knew how to bring comfort during the time of my deepest despair I would recommend him to anyone he is truly the best lawyer in the valley

Attorney Matthew Kelly and his office manager/paralegal(?) Barb, were excellent to work with. I had some issues with my SSD case, which could have led to him not taking my case, but he did. I’m very grateful for that. He and his office restored my faith, in lawyers at the least, and people that know and Do the work they choose, at the best. Attorney Kelly is a facts man, and keeps all on point. He executed all the necessary steps smoothly, kept my case moving forward, and allowed me to trust that all was being handled. Barb was always available when I called, even if I had to leave a message, she always called back. I received a call back within a few hours at the time of my initial contact. She is warm and personable, knowledgeable, always helpful. She mans the office for both Attorneys, and makes an intense daily hustle look classy!
