Attorney Barr knows PA criminal code inside and out, and will leverage his knowledge to its fullest extent to prepare your defense to produce the best possible outcome. I would absolutely use Jim again if necessary. He was honest, straight forward and non judgemental. And the best part..i was convinced I was up sh*ts creek and he helped me get a very reasonable outcome. So today Life is beautiful..just like it should be. Thanks Jim!

My parents were represented by Mr. Kelly in a complex Estate matter. This involved issues including Pension benefits and tax questions. Mr. Kelly took the time to explain all his actions to my parents. If they had any questions after the meetings he promptly answered all their calls.
