We were looking for a lawyer who could assist us with a will, health powers of attorney, financial powers of attorney, and general elder law guidance. After reviewing his background, I knew this was the right attorney for us. He was very personable, explained in detail and kept things quite simple. We were put totally at ease and were very pleased with the results. He and his staff were easy to work with. Highly recommend!!!

We recently updated our wills and POA's. Shawn was very patient with our many questions and made complicated information easy-to-understand. He was also able to refer us to other professionals to meet related needs that arose during our discussions. This was extremely valuable and important to us and provided great peace of mind. Shawn is very caring and kind, as well as professional and knowledgeable.

Shawn and his staff were very helpful with assisting my family with my parents estate. My parents passed within a short time of one another, which created some obstacles, also multiple retirement accounts, both state an federal, they were able to assist and guide me thru in a stress free manner.
With the pandemic hitting, they were able to find resources to complete the final federal tax. With businesses being closed, they were able to direct me, and complete with following safety guidelines.
I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Shawn Pierson and his team. They did a terrific job with my mom's legal documents. What makes them more than just knowledgeable and effective with legal issues, however, is the compassion, empathy, patience, and warmth with which they dealt with both my mom and me. Shawn and everyone else I talked with throughout the process was responsive, helpful, and understanding of the complexities and emotions that can arise when dealing with aging, independence, finances, and the like. I can't imagine there's anyone better in the Lancaster community.

I was extremely impressed by the entire office staff's very efficient professionalism to help me in re-editing my will and power of attorneys (medical and financial). In spite of the devastating flu epidemic this winter 2020, everyone pitched into helping accommodate me in a timely fashion. I was very grateful for all the thorough re-reading procedures we went through and all the very knowledgeable legal advice I was given.

My wife and I utilized Mr Pierson for wills, power of attorney, medical POA etc. he was very, very personable, professional and thorough. His staff was equally professional, accommodating and efficient. They were extremely accommodating to scheduling around my wife’s medical needs, changing times making sure our appointments were held on time.
The other extremely welcome thing was, it was all done at a flat rate that was discussed and agreed to at the first meeting. NO SURPRISES!!!!!!
We would both highly recommend Mr Pierson for any and all elder care matters.

All of the staff was helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Shawn was recommended to us for updating our will and POA documents.He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all our questions in easy to understand terms.
