I rarely post reviews good or bad but I felt my experience with Shawn and his staff is worth sharing. I set up an appointment with Holly who was very friendly and accommodating. I came in the office and Shawn made me feel at ease. He explained a will and POA documents in plain language to make it easy to understand. Everyone was helpful, efficient with the whole process and compassionate. Being a small Firm was also a plus... I did not feel rushed and they seem to have their clients best interests at heart. Will recommend and go back with other future planning!

After numerous phone calls over four months and repeated requests for a return phone call, I have yet to receive the courtesy of a return call. I have no idea what criteria my mother used to select this practice to settle her estate. I am the only remaining living heir to my mother’s estate which needed to be reopened to distribute some overlooked stock certificates. Whatever the status of my mother’s estate there can be no excuse for ignoring my repeated requests to be updated.

We were looking to update my dad's will and information on Power of Attorney. Shawn and his team were extremely caring and helpful. Every question we had, Shawn was able to answer and give advice on how to handle situations. Shawn and his team are so personable and patient. I can't say thank you enough for all that Shawn and his team did to help us. We were able to update my father's will and get Power of Attorney for financial and health care. His assistance allowed us to make sure my dad and his wishes were clearly stated and followed. My wife and I recently moved to Pennsylvania and needed to update our wills and powers of attorney. Mr. Pierson reviewed our previous wills, asked about changes in our estate planning objectives, and presented some changes we might want to consider. He not only provided drafts to of the wills and powers of attorney to review but also the time for us to review this documents thoroughly. When the inevitable questions arose, he answered them in ways and with examples that we let us feel we fully understood everything we were signing. We appreciate the time he spent with us and his efforts to make certain we understood and were comfortable with our final documents. It is clear that Mr. Pierson is concerned about meeting the needs and interests of his clients. We would recommend for anyone who has questions about elder law and estate planning.

Shawn was very helpful and respectful of our estate planning needs. He also followed up on our questions regarding tax issues which was extremely helpful and appreciated.
