I can't speak highly enough of Mr. Justice. I had gone through multiple hearings with another attorney that came recommended from a well known firm in the area but after years of litigation and spending a small fortune, my situation wasn’t getting any better. I learned of Mr. Justice through a member of my church. After meeting with him for the first time I instantly felt a huge weight lifted off of me. We recently had our first hearing together and for the first time in four years, I finally had a win. The lies, manipulation, and deception of the other side was all exposed for the judge to finally see. Mr. Justice’s prep for the case was impeccable - far more thorough and detailed than his predecessor. His presence in the court room was beyond outstanding - especially in comparison to the clown of an attorney representing the other side. Everything about Mr. Justice was exactly what I needed for my case to turn around. After the hearing I realized that my prior attorney was just representing me but Mr. Justice is actually fighting for me. He cares about his clients and stands up for what he knows is right and true. Mr. Justice didn't tolerate the utter falsehoods and deceit of the opposing side and was quick in shutting down their attempts to mislead the court. WOW I was amazed. My previous lawyer would have just sat there letting us get buried in their lies instead of pushing back like Mr. Justice. I am so incredibly thankful to have Mr. Justice fighting for me and would wholeheartedly recommend him. He is calm and gentle when needed, he is professional and well calculated always but more importantly he is can bite hard if pushed. Thats what i needed. He has a big heart and I know with out a doubt he has my back. I dont feel alone in the fight anymore.

My wife and hires Randall Justice. He was amazing! He met us right after we got out of the hospital at a diner, which was very comforting. My wife and I were still banged up from the accident and didn't really want to drive from York to Lancaster. He took our case by the horns and made it very easy for us to handle. We were very happy with the settlement they got us from the insurance company. If we ever need a lawyer again we will definitely be using Haggerty Silverman & Justice PC.
