Ms.Chan was great to work with! She was very professional, responsive and adamant to get justice for the children in the case. Ms.Chan always put her best effort into the case while also working diligently, strategically and swift. I appreciate Ms.Chan for representing us and standing up for the children. First off I would like to thank Ms.Wendy, Jamie and April for being very attentive and sensitive to my case. Ms.Wendy took my case at the last minute when things were looking down for me. My child custody case was extremely sensitive until the day of court. I had previous attorneys who couldn’t handle the opposing party due to the confusing, misleading overwhelming dragged out lies. Ms.Wendy came right in and gave me some of the greatest advice while waiting for my court date. I advised Ms.Wendy that the other party is very difficult to deal with and she ensured me that the other party wouldn’t be able to do anything to take her off of her game. Boy was she right, the day of court Ms.Chan took control of the room and exposed the other party. It was really bad, so bad the other party got out of character losing control and composure of themselves yelling at the judge and just screaming. Ms.Wendy is like the surgeon that you want to operate on a love one who have a small chance of survival. She took my case that I wasn’t doing good with and showed the judge exactly who and how this other party was by exposing them in court. All I can say is thank God and thank you Ms.Chan for giving me the opportunity to have custody of my children, by fully representing me, even down to the last second. I am forever greatful for this firm. My children will be home with me soon. If ever you really really really want your children this is the firm for you. Just a side note..... Ms.Wendy have all the tools going against any Narcissist. Once again thank you Ms.Chan

We went to Wendy concerning family matters. Loved her from the first time we met her. Honest, caring and a true professional fighter. Getting to the point and telling you just what you need to expect, good or bad. She has a hard working firm concerned about their clients. Wendy talks to you, not down at you but still very professional. She was reaffirming and all questions answered. I also have to say that all phone calls handled by April and Lori were delivered and questions answered and returned within a very reasonable amount of time. Wendy called and texted us morning, noon, night and weekends and even on a break in court. We refer her firm to anyone who asks us about getting a lawyer.

Let me start out by saying thank you to Ms. Chan and her entire staff, they made me feel so relaxed and confident throughout my entire divorce. I was going through what seemed to me to be the hardest, loneliest, darkest time of my life, I didn't know what to do or where to go and felt hopeless and lost. I called Chan.& assc. And from day one when I spoke directly to Ms Chan, the outlook i had on my divorce and life itself completely changed, I knew I was going to be ok and that Wendy and her staff were there to not only help get me through my divorce but help get my life back on track as well, and i was right!! I went into my divorce in such a dark, depressing, lost state of mind thinking im going to lose everything I worked so hard for in the past 20yrs of my life, so that my wife and I could have the best life possible and have a early fruitful retirement, and.even though she ended up, unbenounced to me, wanting somethimg totally different then we had always planed, Wendy and her staff got me a divorce agreement that gave me a totally new and amazing outlook on life and the dark depresssing lose everything outlook is now a bright, beautiful, worry free financialy secure life I didnt think was possible!! Called for a custody consultation. 300 dollars to talk to the lawyer. Steep, said ok anyway. 30 minutes in to the consultation she says its going to cost me 10 grand 😆. It's a simple 1 contempt from each side custody hearing. So take my 300 and dont inform me that you are 4 times the rate of all my other attorneys ive had. Could've told me that before I paid 300 dollars. Patgetic

Wendy Chan was representing me for several months in a divorce and child custody case, until she told me she can't represent me and sent me to a different firm, only to find out right after that happened my ex wife's attorney moved into the Chan law firm, anything for business. Does that sound like a good attorney representing her client No. To be honest it was an attorney thinking of herself and her business. All my fee's were up to date and paid in full. Don't make the same mistake I did, look elsewhere or you might be the next victim like I was. Please Wendy Chan do not respond to this trying to make yourself look better, you took advantage of me and only thought about yourself. Be Honest
