Great lawyer if you want something done they are the ones you want

I am a current client and have been going thru a very tumultuous and agonizing divorce for the last 2 years. Wendy and her team have NEVER let me down. They work with me and help me day and night. Oftentimes I am in tears wondering how I will survive and pay for all of this, and Wendy and her team is always there. I currently live out of state, yet somehow she and her team manage to keep things afloat. I am ever so grateful to all of them and I look forward to the day that my divorce is finally over.

Even when Wendy could not take us as a client she was very attentive and professional. She even kept communication and answer some questions during weekends day.

Called to set up a consultation, the receptionist asked if she could call me right back. I said that's fine, and then I didn't get a call back for about a week. I then went to schedule my consultation and they want 200.. I'm going elsewhere. Not a good start

Wendy and all the people at Chan & Associates were absolutely amazing! They were there for any and all questions we had and responded very quickly when emailed. After going through hell with two other Lawyers and because of that missed first 8 months my son we found Chan & Associates and within 3 months I walked away with full custody legal and physical they jumped right on everything that needed to be done and talked me through everything they were going to do and what it all meant. I can’t Thank them enough for everything they did I absolutely recommend them for anyone dealing with custody issues in the Lancaster areas.

I was going through a divorce after 18yrs of marriage..the first lawyer I hired just didnt seem to have my best interest at heart or care about what I was going through and I started second guessing my choice of law firm I had made.....I was recommended by a friend to Chan&Associates and was told i would not regret it......my friend was right, from the minute I walked into there office I was treated with a professional and caring manner that made my daily anxiety go away, from the front desk receptionist to the highly qualified paralegals to Wendy Chan herself I couldn't of asked for a better group of people. I was involved and quickly updated on every aspect of my case, from simple emails to nerve racking court dates, Wendy knew how to handle it and knew how to make me feel like they had everything under control...I was more than happy with the outcome of my divorce and highly recommend Chan and Associates!! On 1/31/20 ( ONE DAY ) Wendy charged me $1,200 for 40 incoming and outgoing emails relating to my case. I spent $5,200 and was asked for another $7,500 more with very little being accomplished for my cause. Other attorneys were shocked to learn this. And I did better negotiating for myself without her. I addressed these issues with Wendy, and was not satisfied with her response or her service. She claims, "I only accept clients who have the best interests of their children at heart." but, it;s more like clients who pay her whatever she demands.

Hola mi nombres es Abel Gutiérrez yo des afortunada mente tuve mala suerte con un caso de inmigración por parte de un ex abogado de Chan & Associates pero eso no quiere decir que sea culpa de Chan & Associates, solo fue que el ex abogado me mintió y me dio falsas esperanzas como a otros, imagino que por esa razón ya no está con ellos, pero si alguien necesita de los servicios de Chan & Associates son una empresa confiable.
