We first went to KEL when we realized my mother and father were going to need help as my father was suffering with dementia. It became very overwhelming for my mother to be his full-time caregiver as we kept him as home as long as possible. KEL was there to give my mother advice to help her through all the Medicaid information and did all the paperwork for DHS for her! It was an amazing relief that she did not have to do all that! They also helped reach out to find a nursing home for my father when it was time. It is very difficult to get anyone in a nursing home directly from your own personal home, unless you have substantial finances. Kathy Gingrich, not only was an invaluable help to my mother but became a friend. Personally, I cannot give Kathy enough praise. We had an large financial situation with the VA and DHS and she resolved it to the financial benefit of my parents!! She has been a blessing to my parents and our whole family. I realize it may be hard to make an investment for elder care but my whole family will tell you that KEL is worth every cent!!

Our experience with Keystone elder law was very pleasant. Kelly Apple Yard explained everything thoroughly and they prepared all the paperwork we needed. They even took paperwork for my husband to the facility where he was. I would recommend them to my friends and family with no problem at all.

Superb Professionals. While doing my own Estate Planning, I came across the Keystone videos and was impressed with the directness and relevant examples. I made an appointment with Keystone. With past attorney interactions I always ended up editing their boilerplate work to meet my needs. After only one appointment, Keystone prepared the documents I required - tailored very, very specific to my needs and answered all of my murky questions with out fail. No rewrites, no paralegal editing. Highly recommend for this delicate subject.
