I have been very negligent in sharing with everyone, how very much I appreciate Keystone Elder Law. and for that I apologize to Patrick and his amazing staff. Not just myself, but this entire family went thru some very difficult times watching dementia rob the man we dearly loved of his ability to function in a normal way. It was heart breaking to say the very least. Patrick and others were an awesome blessing in making the way easier for us during the 5 years we lived thru losing the One so dear to our hearts. The customer service by EVERY employee at this firm is superior with every interaction whether conducting business at the office, via emails or on the phone. Attorney Cawley was patient and thorough in ensuring I understood everything. He provides access to personal videos made to guide you through the process. These excellent videos were incredibly helpful to me. I HIGHLY recommend this firm!

Dealing with Patrick and the people from his firm, we learn so much from them and what the laws are now compared to when we originally had our wills, POA'S, and end of life requests done. They are very easy to work with and we are very happy with our new ones. On a recent hospital stay, the nurse was so impressed with our document, she requested the name of person who did this. After watching a short video from Patrick about the importance of having your estate plan up to date, we contacted Keystone and had an initial phone conversation. We also watched additional videos and then realized that we had a number of things to update and put in place. We signed on with Patrick at Keystone in January, 2023 and have recently completed all of our documents regarding our estate. It does not matter how much or how little you have this is an important step as we get older. We have been so impressed with the professionalism of Patrick and Keystone Elder Law and we would recommend them to anyone. This is something very important that many people do not do or put off until it's too late. Take our advice, don't delay in doing this.
