Paul was terrific setting up my LLC. I was referred to Paul by my realtor and without hesitation Paul immediately set up my LLC and had me ready to go for my accelerated settlement date. Paul also followed up and asked me if there was anything else he could to to help. Moving forward I will use Paul for any legal assistance and refer him to others I know.

My fiance and I met with Atty Batyko to complete a pre-marital agreement. We are both nearing the end of our careers and have attained assets that we worked hard for and wanted be assured that we could leave them to our children. Atty Batyko took the time to explain all aspects of our agreement, the laws of Pennsylvania and how to assure that our wishes, if either of should pass, would be carried out. He asked us specific questions to obtain a clear understanding of what our wishes were and then reiterated to us what we wanted to confirm that he understood what our wishes were. After our meeting he completed a preliminary pre-marital agreement and emailed to us so that we could review it at our convenience and if necessary change. Needless to say it was exactly what we wanted. Atty Batyko was very helpful and made us feel confident that we made the right choice in using him for our pre-marital agreement.
