Can’t thank Paul enough for all his help in my Personal Injury Case! He payed such great attention to every detail during the process and made me feel like I was his only client. He would always check in with me about my progress and would always keep me in the loop about progress with my case. Had an issue with an insurance company trying to deny that their clients fault. Attorney Batyko was relentless fighting for me. In the end the insurance company admitted their clients fault and I won a great settlement.

Paul Batyko was the best attorney for my legal matters, as he gave them the respect and importance they deserved. Paul prided himself on being available, understanding and dedicated to the matters. I was recommended to Attorney Paul Batyko by a friend who lives in Scranton (I live in NYC) having a rental property 2 hours away and a tentant who didn’t pay rent I honestly thought the tenants will get away for months without paying BUT as soonest I met Mr Batyko at his office he got the ball rolling right away and not only where the tenants out within a month but Mr Batyko represented me in court since I didn’t want to lose a day of work and to travel 2 hours for a court appearance
