Make sure that if you are a family business that there are no conflict of interests

Does nothing but talk over you. Lack of focus and competence. The experience was a string of horrible blunders, complete mismanagement of my case, and a costly lawsuit. Another reviewer described her as immature. Couldn't agree more. Like a petulant child. Totally unprofessional and reckless.

They were not helpful at all. I don't know if it was because they couldn't comprehend what I was asking, or they just wanted to get more money out of me. I would recommend you go elsewhere for help.

I called in and explained my situation to the Administrator. Sending over 15 pages of documents only to see a reply in my email the following day stating they couldn’t represent me in my case. All I did was ask why they couldn’t assist me via email and they never responded. What a lack of Professionalism

Very questionable business ethics for a law firm. Zero transparency about pricing or services rendered. Would not recommend.

The value I received as a customer vs the amount I paid for genuinely makes me feel that I got scammed.

Stay away from this place. After not going over pricing, fees or anything. A phone call conversation that was about 30 minutes and an email turned into me getting a bill for $875. After thanking them for their services and offering to pay them some of the fee (even though nothing was agreed upon),they threatened to take me to court for the money owed. Lawyer just uses scare tactics to get paid. Don't even call because you will be charged by the minute.

I was very please with the service. The hard work resulted in a favorable outcome in my case. Settlement was reached very fast and I am truly grateful. I would definitely recommend this firm.

We worked with Jessica Gulash and the next time business needs legal services we will be contacting her right away. Our business received a letter from another law firm, a "shakedown", letter that is the equivalent of "legalized corporate extortion". The claimant had no case and when we presented our evidence Jessica took over. Her letters to the other counsel were sharply worded and clearly conveyed actual findings. It took less than a month, from initial phone call to Jessica to agreements being finalized and signed. The final cost of legal services for this specific need was less than the small retainer fee we paid up front.
