Great service!

My issues began when a young teen driver ran a stop sign at a high rate of speed and t-boned me and my car. This happened blocks from my home in my local town. My car was instantly totaled, and the pain in my back and neck were extreme. I knew right at that moment that I was injured. A little run to the local store for dinner had just turned into my biggest nightmare. My sister had recommended Simon & Simon to review the matter, and I’m so thankful that she made that recommendation. I contacted S&S and they engaged quickly and effortlessly from my perspective. Well, It didn’t take long and Chris Green emerged as my representing attorney…Again, another blessing. Chris Green was super understanding of the situation and beyond that, he actually took the time (many times) to explain everything to me and he made sure I understood what was happening fully.. And as the Legal process slowly played out, I was feeling overwhelmed by my injuries and the very thought of legal Mumbo jumbo and insurance companies just made me nervous and uneasy. Not only did Chris Green squash my anxiety but he also took the time to reassure me, he would answer all my calls and emails promptly, even during the covid pandemic. Not only is Chris Green a compassionate and excellent communicator…but when the opposing insurance company started playing their games, like they do… that’s when I saw a different side of attorney Chris Green. It’s like he immediately and effortlessly clicked into what I can only describe as full on “ PIT BULL” mode defending my rights towards those insurance company jerks. I just couldn’t believe the transformation and intensity, and all for me and my representation. I remember feeling like… Thank goodness this man is on my side. I certainly wouldn’t want to be the one to go against him in any form of a legal venue, that’s for sure. Beyond that, Chris would hold them fully accountable and he got me exactly the settlement that I was hoping for. My family and I refer to Chris Green as our legal pit bull and I would, and will use him again for sure. I highly recommend Simon and Simon; Chris Green for sure. I would only add that I didn’t know Chris Green or Simon and Simon prior to the car crash but I’m glad I know them now. Thank you Simon and Simon and Chris Green. I’m not sure how it would have gone with out them.
