I appreciated working with Simon & Simon and my attorney Josh Baer in particular to resolve my case. He was thorough, honest, professional, compassionate and aggressive!

Simon and Simon has had 2 injury cases for me, Chris G. And his team did an amazing job with both my cases,always available and answered all of my questions! I would reccomend them to any one!!!

Chad is a good lawyer, one of the best, but this firm is in the business of taking client’s compensation. They will entice you into unnecessary things just to take all your money. RUN RUN RUN. They even have other firms who their job is to recruit clients so that they can steal from them like Slocum. I am not even lying the legal cost alone is almost 10% of your entire settlement. So just know there'll be charging you about 100$ per photocopy or faxing. Also just be aware they take at least 40% for attorney's fee and that don't include legal costs which is already 10%. Communication horrible. My attorney Chad William, very good a lawyer, the best but the firm just don't care about their clients except their money. So don't mind all those 5 stars review its probably fake. RUN RUN unless you want to win nothing maybe if I had represented myself, I may not have gotten what I won but I damn sure would have gotten way more than what Simon and Simon gave me. I can never make this mistake again never in my life... RUN RUN RUN

Simon and Simon try there hardest to go for the highest amount for they're client settlement but sometimes it don't always work out that way so it looks like I walk away with nothing so I'm not too happy at all! I kind of regret it but it's not Simon and simon to a certain extent they could have probably did a little more because they know all the people in the courthouse and I've been waiting for 9 years to settle in Berks county horrible horrible county to have a case in it can take up to 10 years to try to settle a case and you might not get nothing back.....💔🥺

It's been 3 years since my car accident. I was originally denied at the first law firm I called, so I was referred to Simon & Simon. Josh Baer took over representing my case. He gave me his cell phone number to keep an open line of communication if I ever need to touch base with him on anything. My case was a little difficult to handle but I know Josh had all the patience in the world to keep the ball rolling and keep me updated as months went by. He treated me like a human and not as someone that is looking to make the bank. I couldn't thank him enough for all of his hard work & dedication on reaching a goal.
