The worst..if I could give zero stars or in the negative...I did NOT call them..they sought me out for my case..had me jump through hoops for over a year ONLY to drop the case ..and not even give an explanation or return my emails...this is why I hate white collar crooks like these people..even their receptionist stunk..then it took them nearly a year just to remove themselves from the case so that the insurance company could even talk to me about the case ...worst experience I e ever had the misfortune of dealing with ..so much wasted time and probably thousands in gas driving all the places I did upon their request...bumz
