I’ve never been in a accident so I was so confused and didn’t know what to do. I contacted a firm that referred me to Simon and Simon, from there they were a huge help. They got everything set up from therapy to managing my pain. They even helped me to get rides to and from therapy because I was without a car. When all was said and done Andrew fought to get me what I deserve.

UPDATE 9/1/2022: I started my case back in august 2020. overall i have had many different experiences with S&S. during the actual trial process there were lapses in communication which is to be expected. As a client it is frustrating but it is apart of the process. I did attempt to contact my lawyer many times with no response initially but when he did respond he gave me a lot of information. my attorney mr green did fight to get me the i was happy with. once we settled, the review process is long and tedious. i did have multiple insurances over the two year span so they had to verify with each which took a pretty long time. I do believe that had i not had as many insurance changes during that time period that it would have gone by faster. Genie in the processing department did respond with detailed updates each time i reached out but there were long lapses in updates which is expected. I do feel as though i had to do a little extra pushing to get followups. The only downside to this process is waiting two months beyond the typical settlement time frame but again i know they have other clients and multiple lawsuits to process. the one thing i would encourage from S&S is to try and get back to clients and not send them to voicemail when they call as it does create frustration for the client. Shawn who also was apart of the settlement process was able to get the final approval done and my check to me in a timely manner. it does suck not getting the full amount of the lawsuit with their being fees, the client is typically looking at about half BUT S&S did put in the work to be compensated as well. over all my experience was not perfect and it had its frustrating moments but alot of things played a factor into the actual wait time, despite my frustrations at times they still responded respectfully and professionally. They got me a fair amount that I am happy with given the nature of my accident. I would recommend S&S but i also caution clients to be patient, and realistic about the time frames. its okay to be frustrated at times but always follow up. They want to get paid just as much as we do and after 2.5 years my case has been settled!

My experience working with Chris was awesome. He’s understanding,communicates well, and did his best to get me exactly what I was entitled to. I highly recommend and would work with Simon and Simon again.

My accident happened in 2017. Through the pandemic my attorney kept in contact with me, ensuring me that they were still working hard to get things done. I'm very happy with the outcome. I was referred to Simon and Simon., I spoke to Hannah and she stated that she would take my case. She sent over all the documentation to be signed., referred me to a Chiropractor and that was it. Haven't heard anything. Nothing was sent over to the Chiropractor, insurance company has not been notified. Nothing. If you feel that my case is not significant, I understand. But please notify me. You are fired.

So far I'm satisfied with simon and Simon & I'll be more than happy to give my end result experience when the time comes
