Simon & Simon is a great law firm. My name is Taharra and I was represented by Attorney Andrew Baron. Andrew was amazing! Andrew and his team made sure I had a ride to all of my appointments and communicated with me throughout the entire process. When it was time for court, Andrew Baron prepared me and made sure I was comfortable and ready for court. If I ever needed another attorney again, I’ll be going back to Simon & Simon and asking for Andrew Baron!

Honestly, the beginning of this process was slow and I was ready to give up. Then Josh Baer was assigned to my case and he was so kind and patient with me. Might I add that he rocked my case!!! I mean like he hit it out the park. I’m glad I stuck around to see these results.

My husband was in an accident which involved multiple surgeries. We were referred to Simon and Simon from a local attorney. Our case took longer than we wanted BUT Covid happened, so everything was beyond our control. All in all, Amanda was great! She helped push for every penny we deserved. The only thing I was disappointed in is the amount of money that we paid out of our settlement. Between the amount that the attorney takes plus the fees for everything else-I get that stuff is expensive but walking about with literally 1/3 of the settlement hurts.

Honestly could have had a better experience overall. One thing I will say is communication is the biggest issue with the firm. If you call, call early and call often. Also email multiple people who are dealing with your case to be sure that someone reaches back out. I orginally gave this 5 stars then communication went down and gave it 1 star. Now I am hearing back again and will keep it a 3 till case settles. I will say this Sam, you deserve 5 stars.
