SIMON AND SIMON KEPT ME INFORM EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH MY ISSUE. CHAD WILLIAMS WAS VERY GOOD AT GETTING THE MOST POSSIBLE FOR MY INJURIES THAT HAPPEN WITH MY AUTO ACCIDENT. I WOULD RECOMMENDED THEM TO ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT.

listen, if you’re injured in a car accident there is no one better to call. i was injured in philly and my small town lawyer said “you gotta call the big guys if u want the most out of this. call s&s, they’ll take it to trial”. see most of these law firms are scared to go to trial, they just want to get a quick settlement and move onto the next guy. NOT simon and simon. they fight for every penny you’re worth. if you can, ask for Chris Green. this guy was a BEAST in court. the defense threw everything they could at us. honestly it was like watching one of those movies or tv shows, like “The Whole Truth” or something. judge was even on the defenses side with most issues, going so far to as to illegally grant the defense a new trial after a jury awarded us! but it didn’t deter Chris. he took it all the way to the state superior court! my accident took so much from me, but the hard meticulous work of Chris Green and the rest of the S&S team have changed my life. i can’t say thank you enough to them. the whole staff was professional and patient with me, despite me not being the easiest to deal with. chris, the secretaries who answer the phones, the drivers who picked me up, the para-legals who handle the paper work and dispersement, and mr. simon himself, everyone was professional and on top of things. no one has ever had my back more. literally.

I am very grateful for the work Kane and his team did for me. They got me a very fair settlement and I am thankful for that. Thank you Kane for your hard work and professionalism.

Everything went pretty smooth and the lawyer got me the max settlement I could get that the insurance company would cover but I have to give 3 stars because the lawyer lied to me on the phone. He told me they wouldn't take their 33% because it didn't go to trial but when the check came they took the 33%. I expected them to take it but I just don't understand why the lawyer told me they wouldn't. He literally lied to me for no reason.

I have to say I never thought I would be in a position where I ended legal services like this but I was! Ot was a long four years but Amanda Neese and the team at Simon & Simon got the job done! They were very prompt , helpful, empathetic and understanding during the whole process! There want one time I felt like a bother or inconvenience and even through Covid things went as smoothly as possible. Amanda worked above and beyond to get me the full amount and was to the point where she could be a good friend. Thank all of you for all your hard work and everything you did !

Worst law firm ever. I hired Simon & Simon and they don't get results and when I call I'm being taken to a voice mail where nobody picks up. I now have to hire a new lawyer do to the fact that this company is useless and I didn't get any results.
