DO NOT CONSIDER THIS FIRM. case has just settled. It has taken five years to settle. Final settlement was 31,000 After all said and done I got 8,000! Looking at the final settlement lawyer took most of the settlement. Shocking fact: I called ESGAR SNYDER first they referreres me to Simon and Simon ( Engar Snyder only consider you if you have full coverage) they got paid from Simon &Simon from the settlement 3,000.00 what a joke!!

Still waiting after a year

I was very happy with them.I had a hard case so it did take a while, but that could not be helped. I did get a larger settlement than I expected. Everyone I dealt with were really nice and fun. I was very happy with them.

Awesome law firm they were very courtesest and compassionate. The reviews they have scare you some, so your thoughts might be somewhat negative. My experience was great and highly recommended.

Very bad company, bad service impossible to reach transferring the case from one lawyer to another every few months, working very slow. Never let you talk to an actual lawyer. Will try to steal the settlement by signing clients on a 45% interest loans. Do not trust or work with them. Their main goal is take all your compensation from you. It is what they did in my case.

Simon and Simon represented me better than I could have ever imagined. My needs were put first and was treated as a priority rather than a number. Simon & Simon Recommended Us to Berger & Green, They Are Horrible. We Found Out That The 21,000 We Fought for 4 years On A 60/40 Cut, We Are Receiving $3,200.00. We Also Found Out That Our Cut Goes To Both Lawyer's. Are You Serious!!! If I Could Rate A (0) Review, I Would. They Robbed Us Of Our Money Period.
