The service I received was great! Although it did take longer than expected, but nevertheless Simon and Simon came through for me and finally got my case to settle. They were very patient with me and always explained each step that was going to happen next within my case. Shawn is an awesome person as well! He took the time to explain the breakdown of everything when it came to my settlement. I would highly recommend Simon and Simon to my friends and family.

I was injured on a Boeing 737 aircraft on a flight to the Midwest in 2017. I interviewed several lawyers, including John Gagliano who came highly recommended by an associate. After talking with John Gagliano and understanding his vast experience in aviation as a pilot and a successful lawyer with mechanical engineering degree, I knew he was the clear choice for whom I wanted to handle my case. My confidence and trust in John was very strong from the very beginning. John was professional, honest, ethical, diligent and hardworking. His advice and guidance for me during the case was exceptional with John providing working sessions and many updates to me throughout the 18 months of working together. My case was a challenging case given I didn’t report the injury right away figuring the injury would heal on its own over time, but it didn’t. Because of my delay in reporting there was a significant amount of evidence that was destroyed or not collected, making John’s job significantly more difficult. John crafted an excellent case with several expert witnesses that, when all combined, presented an extremely compelling case with a favorable outcome. I highly recommend John as he is an exceptionally skilled lawyer, easy to work with, very generous with his time, dedicated and is committed to getting the most for his clients.

My experience with simon and simon was wonderful. They were very professional and good with keeping me update about what's going on with my case. It took some time to come to agreement but everything work out I am very satisfied with the service and wouldn't mine working with them if I got into another incident.

Josh’s Baer and Matthew are a great help to me. I have never been through anything like this before. They total eased my apprehension and fear that everything was going to be alright. They were really attentive to my phone calls and emails. I have read some negative reviews, but thank God I haven’t received any of that mistreatment. I would and have recommended them to many people and it worked out great for them. All I can say is I’m thankful!!!
