They are the worst law firm ever. Dont ever let them represent your case what so ever. Theyre a bunch of skeem artists thatll skeem you for your money that youre suppose to be compensated for. On top of everything they took over 3 years for a settlement less than 10,000 dollars. Definitely not the law firm you wanna go with. Trust and believe me or you will witness it yourself.

I signed papers in JANUARY saying that my check was going to be disbursed in 90-120 days, it is now NOVEMBER and still no check. They are claiming that they are waiting for child support...I have had sole custody of my children their whole life. They are paying "WELFARE" anything I owe and Hospital Bills that never occured. Please if you love yourself don't use them. They are doing the SAME thing to a girl I met at their office! I filed another suit with Spivack and Spivack and I got that one and it occured 2 years after this one!!!!!!! SPIVACK AND SPIVAK ON WALNUT STREET IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF!

My experience with Kate Lenahan and Alex Brophy can be described by one word - flawless. No one can guarantee you a result you might get from Immigration Authorities and then experience of your immigration lawyer comes to the first place. Kate used to work for immigration equality, a National Organization, and gained experience most of the others do not have. Even before they open your case, you will know all your possibilities. When it comes to financial aspect of your immigration process, you will see no-hassle relations with them. They will never pluck you like a pigeon.
What I really loved, they use new technologies a lot. Skype, email, etc, anything that can help you communicate with then on a timely manner and without interrupting your everyday routine. If you read this review you probably looking for a "right" attorney and perhaps you know some steps you need to make, so in my case, my application for asylum was submitted on 04/17/2011 and on 06/18/2011 I got asylum approval. Two months and a wonderful result. Some people wait a lot. Of course, it depends how busy a particular office is, but with Kate and Alex you can be sure that your case wont be delayed because of problems with your paperwork. If you have any LGBT issues in your county, just contact them and you will see how any complicated immigration problem can be easily handled by them. I have been and will be ever thankful for their contribution in my life.

My experience with Brophy & Lenahan, PC was outstanding. Applying for Permanent Resident card is normally a very tough process. I had no idea where or how to start and how everything would end. Mr. Brophy and Ms Lenahan were more helpful than I would have ever expected. I was a LGBT client with a list of questions that I'm sure was longer than most, but none went unanswered. They made me feel comfortable in a tough time, confident that I was going to be fine, and most importantly knowledgeable about every step that we went through along the way. I say the most important thing was the knowledge that Mr. Brophy and Ms Lenahan gave me because when I came to them with questions they didn't just answer them by telling me things will be okay, they told me why they will be fine and the steps that would take place to answer and solve each of my concerns. I would recommend Brophy and Lenahan, Pc to anyone including friends and family. Applying for a permanent status is not a fun situation to go through alone, but with the help of Alex and Kate you will get the care, knowledge, and support to feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you again Alex and Kate!
