I contacted Rubin & Badame after I lost hope from a second ssdi denial. Mr. Scott Rubin took my case immediately and reassured me that my case had a significant chance of winning. He was very direct, communicative, and caring and told me all the possibilities good and bad that could come from my case. He made the process so easy and explained everything all the way down to the little details so that I could understand what needed to be done. I am happy to say he has helped me win my case. If you are unsure, don't be with this law firm. They will do anything and everything they possibly can to help you win your case. Mr. Badame represented me during the entire process of my SSDI application starting in 2021 through 2023. I felt I had a challenging case to gain approval, yet Paul and his staff believed in me. The firm is excellent at what they do, guiding me through a process I knew nothing about. My claim was denied twice, initial denial and reconsideration. Paul was positive and told me what to expect each and every time during my appeals. The entire process took a while, over 2 years in my case, but eventually Paul won my appeal in front of the judge. I was thrilled and firmly believe Paul and his excellent team were the difference makers.
