I'm an American ex pat living in Germany. I will say that the process was long and there were many obstacles in the way before we reached the final positive conclusion. He stayed with it and kept me informed every step of the way. The whole staff kept me informed and were very pleasant to contact. They were very responsive to my questions and very rarely did I go longer than a day without a response to my emails. Mr. Badame was very straight forward throughout the process. We worked with Scott Rubin and his team over several years. My daughter (31) had a very complex disability case. While the process was incredibly frustrating the Rubin and Badame law firm was very direct and straight forward, did not overpromise and told us what to expect. Ultimately we were successful and it is because Scott Rubin never gave up on us, pestered us to get the documents he needed, worked to understand my daughter's disability in all its complexity, and effectively presented our case to the administrative law Judge. In retrospect I can say that without an EFFECTIVE advocate we likely would not have won our case despite being deserving. Rubin and Badame are effective!
