I struggle with a rare auto immune disease, and the stress of applying for social security, the paperwork, the hearing, obtaining records, etc. was lifted by my attorney Paul Badame. Scott Rubin from Rubin and Badame represented me for my Social Security Disability appeal. During the appeal period, Scott advised how my appeal should be structured. We corresponded regularly regarding my illness. As we approached the hearing date, Scott requested medical records and medical statements which were provided for the hearing.
