I am in poor health and made to feel I didn't matter. Scott Rubin convinced me otherwise. Mr Rubin became my voice and presented my situation beautifully, and won my appeal. I was past the point of frustration and no longer had hope. Mr Rubin took my case and intelligently presented my issues. I finally had a voice and felt that I mattered. At the beginning of my ordeal, I was stressed and overwhelmed. Losing was not an option for me and my family. I was told how fortunate I was in having Scott Rubin as my lawyer. I saw first hand how intelligent Scott was with his legal knoledge and how he fought for my rights. He won my appeal. I am in poor health and cannot express gratitude for what Scott has done for me and my family. I look at Scott Rubin as a close friend and owe him more than words can express. Scott Rubin was successful in getting my wife full social security disability. Although taking almost 2 years, it went very smoothly.

In my dealings with Paul Badame and his legal assistant, I found them both friendly and down to earth, yet, at the same time, courteous and professional. Whenever i called the office, I was never kept on hold for any lengthy time period and on the occasions that i visited the office, I was never kept waiting very long. They were specific about what i should do to improve my case and the "coaching" session before the hearing was short and to the point. Paul was very professional and courteous to the judge at the hearing, impressing me, and, I assume, the judge, as well, as we received a fully favorable ruling- We won the case!
