This is the real Malik Snell that Mr. McMahon represented during 3 Federal trials. The first 2 were hung juries, with the second trial leading to an acquittal for 2 of the 6 charges I faced in Federal Court. Despite the outcome of my third trial, today I am a free man because of the arguments put forth by Mr. McMahon during all 3 trials laid the foundation of factors that allowed me to receive a sentence reduction. I truly am grateful to him and his team and recommend them to anyone.

Mr.McMahon is a great and respected attorney in Montgomery county. He came highly recommended and the recommendation did not disappoint. This isn’t just my opinion, the judge handling my case said “you’ve probably got the best lawyer around”. John helped not just with my legal matters, but also was there to lend advice that helped me improve as a person. It isn’t just John who was great. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Thompson as well. They are both not just professionals but very driven to deliver the best for their clients. I don’t think another law practice would achieve what John achieved for me. If you are looking for a lawyer that will take care of you in Montco, you have found what you’re looking for.

I had a great experience with John. I was only 24 when I caught this case I was so nervous. He was very gentle and caring with me. He didn’t sale me no dream he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I was facing serious F3 charges that carry years of jail time. Safe to say I am a free woman now didn’t have to do any jail time. MONEY WELL SPENT !

unfortunately bad experience with mr McMahon... took plenty of my money and settled in every case because he is too afraid to go up against the court system, he will convince you he's got the best deal for the situation but really he just can't fight for what you really want and can't see the picture of cops being in the wrong. and he will take your money to get something expunged and never do it until you call everyday for months... he settles and proclaims he's the best attorney in montage, but really he won't fight for anything talk about over $20k and still he settles to appease the cops and defense attorneys. good luck your gonna loose your shirt with him
