Filing bankruptcy can be embarrassing. David makes you feel at ease at your first meeting. He thoughtful and professional. I would highly recommend David to anyone in a bankruptcy situation.

Mr. Spitofsky was absolutely amazing! I came to him in a very dark and low time in my life knowing nothing about bankruptcy and he was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable to all of my questions and needs surrounding my case. Mr. Spitofsky walked me through every aspect of my bankruptcy and made me aware of exactly what to expect and when. This allowed me to feel at ease that my case was in tenured and trusting hands. Whenever I had questions he made himself available and left no uncertainty or confusion in my mind. It meant so much to me to have someone in my corner that was so trustworthy and patient about the entire process. All in all a gentle and well- meaning professional. I couldn’t imagine having anyone but Mr. Spitofsky managed my case! Best lawyer ever!

Looking back, I now realized this guy basically just sat next to me in court and let the other team walk all over us with their lies. I honestly don't even recall him saying "objection" one more time. I fed him all sorts of info that he could have used to win the case but he was just siting like a spectator instead of defending.

Mr. Harbison was very reasonable with pricing, to start. He came to my court date on time, and won my case for me with complete ease. He listened to my needs, he fought for me, and I would use him for any and all business affairs, as I have in the past. David Spitofsky is hands down the best decision I've made regarding finding a lawyer for a recent bankruptcy. He is calm, calculated, & knows exactly what he is doing. He took my phone calls in a couple of instances at later hours than I would have honestly expected him to take the call. Regarding a particularly rare, and convoluted situation of mine, Dave was able to figure it out with me before it was full steam ahead. He does not slow down, and he only finds solutions. But going through this scenario was something new to me. Dave as I mentioned earlier knows what he is doing, as I am someone who has not dealt with this matter before.
