I'm re-posting review from spring 2020, which I'd put in wrong google space. Key to me as a person with a speech-related disability (Tourettes) which seems to make some people annoyed to have to deal with a speech-related disability, John Novak has shown far far above average patience in dealing with this disability when speaking with me. The degree to which this is rare would shock some people, but John has excelled in this, I'd say at the very top of the line. The real hours of work to be done by John Novak's firm looks to be prospective, in that it mainly involves dealing with conflicts about a will where the testator is now near 100 and any actual action will be when the will comes into play, and involve what I need to do as the eventual executor.at first to protect the testator's spouse. The game plan, which is well within the budget involved, is to prepare in advance for any logical obstacles, and I've been very impressed by the level and pinpointing of research and preparation for eventualities they've so far prepared and given me -all of which make me feel confidence that when the time comes and the surviving spouse's and heirs' rights will need to be protected with me as executor, the Novak Firm has prepared themselves for the quick action needed within the Florida will time frame, so that we are not facing Jphn's firm first looking at any issue for the first time when dealing with a deadline.
