Enrico has been working on my complex custody and PFA case since June and I could not be happier with his advocacy, expertise and overall demeanor. He handled a very messy and contentious case with professionalism and extensive legal knowledge. He made me feel so confident and capable when I thought I may have to testify, but he was able to come to a custody agreement with opposing counsel at the 11th hour of a 2nd day protracted custody trial. He was always up front and direct with my questions (and I had a lot), always answered me quickly and worked with me regarding finances and billing. Enrico is an ethical, moral and competent attorney and I would recommend him and his partner Maria (who wrote up a beautifully worded motion for me) to anyone in need of representation for custody matters. I am very happy with the custody order he negotiated between me and my son's father.

Mr. Pagnanelli is a highly intelligent, and skilled family law attorney. He represented me on a hotly contested divorce, and custody case, with the other side playing dirty. With his help, I obtained very favorable outcomes on each case that finalized. His sister Maria repped me in court, and fiercely fought back extensive and outlandish demands from opposing counsel, which ultimately tipped the divorce in my favor. She is articulate while answering questions. They also offer comparably affordable rates for their service.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer. Went there for an accident that my mother was killed in. Had one meeting with him. He told me he’d get back to me and keep me updated on the progress. Never did. Emailed/ called hundreds of times I would always get a secretary saying he’d call me back later that day or the next day. About 11 months later I got a letter in the mail from their office saying he wasn’t going to take my case and I had till Monday, November 22, 2019 to file a lawsuit, which was a typo because my mom died Saturday, November 23, 2019 and the one year was a Monday, November 23, 2020. So the office can’t even pro read correctly. He doesn’t seem to care about all this clients only certain ones. Would never recommend him to anyone.

Maria represented my husband in a brutal custody dispute with multiple complicated factors that kept changing as the case went on, even after it was ruled upon. Her knowledge of law, family dynamics, and the court system are absolutely unparallelled. She was exceptionally responsive to communication, particularly in the midst of a pandemic while everything was changing so quickly, other mere humans couldn't keep up. She possesses a brilliant legal mind, coupled with a great sense of humor and is without a doubt the most compassionate lawyer I have ever encountered (to the party she represents obviously). For example, her responses to e-mails made me feel at ease, answered my question and made me laugh and tell my best friend she'd fit in with our squad all at the same time. All of her arguments in court deserve a mic drop. She was able to expose a typically skilled liar during cross-examination seemingly easily. Her legal advice proved excellent every step of the way. She honestly should cost 5x what she does (but I am beyond grateful she doesn't!) We are so lucky to have hired her. I hope no one I know needs a family lawyer, but if they do there is no one else I could recommend as highly!

One of the most kindest and passionate lawyers I've met so far. Mr Bart Leavy he takes time to explain things and to go over things very thoroughly. I 've not quite met an attorney of such a caliber. His team works hard and tries to satisfy all client matters. His expertise and strategies put him account above the rest.!!
