I obtain Mr Levy and our case went to trail but had to be continued I paid the landlord 2 months rent and two months security I observed Mr Levy talking to the landlord who did not have a certificate of rental Next thing I knew he was telling me that she was within her legal rights to charge me four months to move in I ran down the street to the tenants rights building in 12th St and was observed arguing with Mr Levy by the bailiff She ask what was the problem and I told her and she told him he knew better I am considering reporting Mr Levy to the board He is not a good attorney and will break the law and cross his clients

Worst experience ever. First off how can you fight on my behalf and you can't even get my name or personal info right? The normal time frame on a settlement check is between 6 to 8 weeks; however, because of this firm's inability to file the proper documents, it's going on 6 months now. If your looking for efficiency, look elsewhere. If you like feeling insignificant this is the perfect firm for you.

Worst attorney I have ever experienced!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Testa and Pagnanelli, LLC. I've been involved in a very complex family law case in which from the start the firm has handled with utmost care, concern and professionalism. Kate, the office assistant is the sweetest human you may ever meet. Her kind demeanor always made me feel comfortable calling into the office with any of my many needs. Enrico Pagnanelli, who I used originally was amazing! He quickly understood the specifics of my case and got right on it without hesitation composing a stellar inital petition. Maria Testa, who I worked with majority of the time was an absolute angel on my side, while being fierce in regards to OC. Maria has by far the best communication I could ever imagine an attorney having. It has never taken Maria much time for her to respond to my countless, at times redundant emails. All while being good at her job, Maria is also kind and empathetic. Maria makes you feel comfortable in the least comforting of settings and will fight diligently for what you deserve. Erin Nease, another attorney working with the firm is equally as talented and good at what she does, I've also had the great pleasure of meeting her. With fair prices, expert minds, open communication and so much more you cannot go wrong with this group! I whole heartedly recommend them for any family law concern.

Great lawyer

If I had to give Bart Levy a star; it wouldn't be no stars! Mr. Levy is the worst lawyer that I ever came in contact with! Tenants Rights Advocate referred me to him due to the fact that I was displaced from my apartment since 11/27/2018, due to the wall of my apartment collapsed. It should of been an open shut case because it wasn't no fault of my own. It's more to my case! He lied and stated that I was going to have a triple lawsuit! I went to him in the beginning of January 2019. However, Mr. Levy started to get an attitude, and asked me to settle for $12,000, especially foe what my 5 year old Daughter was going through. Remind you! All our belonging that was stuck in the building, which L&I redeemed it to be a Unsafe Structure(Orange Sign on the door). If L&I put a white, orange, or red sign on the door; you can't go in. My belongings was worth over $30,000! I was flabbergasted! I sent him a long drawn out email telling him that I wasn't going to settle. On 4/22/2019; Mr. Levy quit due to the fact PHA lied and claimed that my apartment building was considered independent. My Daughter and I was getting sick due to the apartment that management placed us in. When I told him that my 5 year old Daughter was diagnosed at the ER with Coschondilitis(inflammation of the rib cage). Mr. Levy didn't want to her nothing about my Daughter. I would say more! It took me a month before I got another Attorney! Anytime a Civil Rights Attorney stated that he works for the Landlords; I knew that was true or a Paralegal say, "That Mr. Levy is dumb as the doorknob!" "Matter of fact the doorknob is smarter than Mr. Levy!" My 5 year old Daughter didn't care for him due to the fact the way he talked to me! Please! Stay away from this law firm because you will be disappointed! He's Rude; egotistical; and a con artist! He tries to take advantage of minorities who are low income; and in public housing. I had so much evidence and he didn't even consider any of it!!!!!

If you don't want to waste your time, don't even try it. Tried to remove someone from a house recently purchased and the case never even made it to the court, wasted 3 months waiting for the case to be listex, then I called to checked, they asked me for more money because supposedly we needed to use a regional court blah blah blah. I feel like he is all about the money, not going to get more money for me that's for sure. Worst part is that I can't even get a reimbursement for the money I paid smh
