Horrible I called to ask to speak to a manager about my case and was hung up on I called back she said she cannot help me that is beyond unprofessional it's rude and ignorant I will not be recommending this law firm to anyone and I'm now transferring my case to another law firm thanks to the unprofessional lady that answered the phone at 11:15am October 5th 2018

I contacted Gail to transfer a property from my deceased brother's name because the current H.O. Insurance carrier was cancelling the insurance. Gail provided me counsel on my options and the process to transfer the property. Gail heard in my voice that I was making a rushed decision...I had approximately 15 days to get everything completed before the policy expiration. Gail advised me that I did not have to rush through the decision process. She informed me that I could obtain Vacancy Insurance to cover the property. This would give me the time I need to make a more informed decision with transferring the deed of the property. Gail immediately contacted a colleague of hers that worked with Vacancy insurance and got me started in the process. I am so grateful to have contacted an attorney that would provide advice and direction that was more beneficial for me than it was for them. Thank you Gail for your professionalism...I am forever grateful.

Had issues with my elderly aunt & uncle second mortgage being sent to collections despite never missing any payments. I live in Savannah GA. My aunt & Uncle live in philly. So i contacted Gail and from our first conversation she was very proactive in giving assistance and advise to help us all out in this situation. Especially since I'm so far away. To go further Gail asked the right questions, with my aunt and the mortgage company on a conference call to get them all the clarity they needed to feel secure in this. Then provided a payment solution so that we all agreed would fit to fix the situation. Shes definitely one of the great ones. She said helping out a former U.S. Marine, Army grunt and a firefighter was her pleasure and wouldn't accept any fee!... Happy jewish New Year!!! Thanks Gail!

One of the most experienced and affordable lawyers around. Always managed to answer my if’s, but or any hypothetical scenario(s) that came into my head. From managing my DUI case, legalities of PennDOT to expungement of my record; John is very knowledgeable, affordable and helped me understand the process as well as explained what steps I needed to take throughout the process. With his help my probation was shortened to just 1 month from the 6 that was levied to me and I was able to file for expungement immediately. John is VERY easy to get a hold of as well. I highly recommend using John as your attorney.

I turned to Enrico after being disappointed and misrepresented by different lawyers in my custody/divorce battle. At that point, I felt I would just need to give up. After talking to Enrico, He promised He would be by my side and truly represent me. And that is exactly what he did. He kept me in the loop weekly of any progress, answered all of my calls and emails promptly. He was always willing to fight for me and I can say he always did what he said h would. He got my divorce finalized and a fair custody order in less than 6 mo. I had a car accident and call this law office someone came out immediately.they took very good car of me.i was kept updated on my case step by step.very pleasant receptionist and if i called was always able to speak with someone concerning my case.i would definitely recommend this law office.

If I could rate without giving any stars I would unfortunately in order to comment you need to at least select a star. Absolutely the worst worst experience ever received from any law office , lawyer etc! I would highly recommend seeking another law office for your case ASAP. Its been over a year since my accident and they have yet to reach a settlement. Which usually take 6 month or less, rarely ever longer than a year for minor cases like mines. I never hear from my lawyer, or the law office for that matter. I have to call them to follow up on my case. Half the time I'm hung up on , told I will receive a call me back and never do. It ironic to me because when I was seeking a lawyer I selected them and gave them a call literally On the next day they saw me in person. Quite-frankly I think this is a big scam ! They should be reported (i'm working on having them looked into) . I feel like these other comments are all fake !!! Very disgusted with the service I received and found a new law office to take over my case.
