Update after speaking to joel kofsky i want to apologize for being inpatient he's a nice guy and let me know my case is being worked on and i will continue to refer my family and friends

Mr. Pagnanelli is incredible to work with. He treats you as though you are his only client, emails are returned, filings are done quickly and at a level of excellence, calls are purposeful and returned always. He is a man of integrity and will fight with truth not smoke and mirrors like others. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for all he has done as I have navigated this horrific divorce and custody battle. My case is a nightmare, I had many levels of issues with my ex and his choice of a very unethical attorney. Mr. Pagnanelli has handled them both and our constant issues at a level of excellence beyond expectation. He fights for us as though we were his own family. He genuinely cares about the welfare of the children above everything else. Having a complicated case has made it difficult but he has far exceeded any expectations. Enrico Pagnanelli is an amazing skillful lawyer who was not swayed by a manipulating opposing party. He was patient and encouraging through a long ugly process which ended with me being able to save my children from a horrible environment even when DHS wouldn't. I could not of picked a better lawyer to represent me on a relocation and primary custody case. He worked diligently to make sure that there was a positive resolution for me and my children, and I brought my babies home that same day!! I am forever grateful for the true peace he has brought to an entire family. He is a no-nonsense strong knowledgeable attorney who will fight for what's right no matter what the obstacles. I decided to contact them about representation solely based on their glowing 5-star google reviews. While I am happy that other people had great experiences, I wish I could say the same for myself. I had to constantly call them about documents, medical records and just communicating crucial details to me. I also found out that they have a lot of turnover with paralegals and that caused a lot of misplaced documents and delays. I caught them in several lies about regarding my case and it got to the point where they avoided calling me back because of it. I even did some of the leg work in my own case like getting medical records and reaching out to other parties involved. I do believe that any firm can learn from their mistakes and ultimately be a top a firm in the city but the first step is holding yourself accountable. Remember that you work for your clients, not the other way around. Update: My attorney did contact me and we worked through some of the issues that I experienced and expressed in my review. Definitely a step in the right direction to make things right. I recommend to anyone reading this that if you have or did have issues with your case, try to resolve them directly with your attorney and try to work things out.

I contacted this lawyer based on their 4+ star review. This is the worst experience I ever had with a lawyer. I would give it a 0 Star rating if I could. Communication with this law firm is like trying to reach the President of United States. Call them when needed consultation base on my case, only person i can speak to was the secretary. Ask for them to call me back but never heard from them. I don't know how they receive this 4.8 rating. Must've paid people to give them this review. If you ever need legal representation I would recommend you go somewhere else

I was in an accident in Philly and I live out of state. I was being screwed over and when I explained everything to Joel he took my case. They did the best they could for me in a bad situation. I am grateful for everything they have done.
