They were quick to have someone come and take my statement then I didn’t hear from them for almost 6 months. They gave me little info. A Year later, they told me what I wish they would have let me know months before, that I could only get a madnditory amount which was nothing close to what I thought I would get. I thought I was going to get money for the permanent things this injury has caused. I thought I was going to get pain and suffering, I thought I was going to get time off of work. Had I known I wasn’t getting time off of work and that I was only getting this mandatory number I would’ve tried to go back to work way before they finally contacted me and told me I was only going to get what I was going to get hurt. I gave them a three because their communication was horrible but if I contacted them they would call me back but they should have been letting me know as things developed. When they finally told me the number I was going to get and that I couldn’t get anything more even if we tried they didn’t tell me about all the extra fees and I did not get anything near what I thought I was going to get cause I didn’t tell me about hospital fees. They charge me 1/3 of whatever I got and they ended up getting a lot more than I got myself
