I want to say that all the people I met, and there were many, while I was going through this experience were very caring about my needs. I met Michelle in the last year of this journey and she showed me that she cared very much about the clients. This was not always easy, and many times frustrating, but Michelle always took time to answer me in a timely manner and showed empathy toward my situation.

While it took a while for responses to everything regarding my case, the time was worth the wait. The settlement on the first part of my 2-part case was a little disappointing. However, I was truly impressed with outcome of 2nd part. Great job to all that worked on my case!

I called these people for assistance, because of the negligence of a foot doctor I ended up losing 5 toes from a water blister, I am a diabetic and no one will take my case cause, because his wife is a lawyer in Lehigh Valley, what’s even more painful is that as a Marine I would have given my life for these People, I guess this is the way your supposed too treat Vets in America.
