Brian handled a dispute with the State Board. After a comprehensive initial interview I turned over everything to him. He responded to all communications with the board. The end result was positive and my case was closed in my favor. If I ever had any other issues I would not hesitate to contact Mr. Quinn. Very professional, skilled and responsive. I could not have asked for a better person to represent me and I certainly could not have asked for a better outcome.

I was a passenger in a horrible car accident during working hours while pregnant with my fourth child. Neither drivers' insurance company nor my employer wanted to help me out with my injuries or the complications I experienced with my pregnancy following the accident. I ended up on bed rest for over six months without pay and gave birth to a premature little girl as a result of the accident. The Rothenberg Law Firm helped me get compensation for my medical bills and lost wages.

Brian Quinn was without a doubt the most knowledgeable attorney I have ever met. He is very professional in his approach and knows how the BON of PA works. Without his help I can say I would probably not have had my license reinstated. The world of the Board of Nursing is not easy to navigate, and trying to go at it without legal help is impossible. Brian was my guide and knows the road map associated with it. Additionally he is compassionate to the recovery process which is hard to find when it seems everyone else thinks the worst of you. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Brian Quinn for legal services. I needed a lawyer to assist with an appeal to the PA Board of Medicine. I called Brian late in the evening on a Friday, and Brian returned my call Saturday morning. He patiently listened to my problem and gave me immediate advice about how to respond to the Board of Medicine and where to access information to learn more about my problem. It is clear to me that Brian is very experienced in the law regarding the PA Board of Medicine. We presented our case to the Board and I was awarded my license after a hearing. Brian prepared me exceptionally well not only for the hearing, but for what to expect at each stage of the process. He responded to all my phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. It was clear to me that he was personally invested in my case. I cannot recommend Brian enough to people who are dealing with issues regarding the Board of Medicine and licensure. I owe my career to Brian Quinn.

I hired Brian Quinn to oversee my admission process to the Pennsylvania Bar. He oversaw all of my documents submitted to the Board of Bar Examiners. I had a long difficult history of addiction and all of the liabilities that accompany such a history. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful and encouraged me to be rigorously honest in an appropriate and meaningful way. Brian is a real lawyer, who is able to size up the situation and put forth the best plan of action for his client. The first person I interviewed to oversee my process was highly recommended, but I did not like him--he wanted me to basically crawl on my knees and beg for forgiveness and be overtly remorseful. As a sober woman, I stand on my feet, and I am unwilling to crawl, and Brian Quinn knows this inherently and after speaking to him for ten minutes, I knew beyond any doubt that he was the lawyer I needed to help me in this long process. Well, today I am a licensed attorney, I did not have a hearing, and I was able to have Brian act as a second set of eyes for all of my documents prior to submission. As a human being, I naturally want to highlight my accomplishments and shy away from shameful moments, Brian helped me to strike an appropriate and sober balance. I am thoroughly convinced that if Brian was not in my corner, I would not be licensed today, with my dignity in place. Most importantly, as a new lawyer, Brian is the kind of lawyer I want to be when I "grow up"--he is smart, compassionate, direct, and exceedingly honest. I highly recommend Brian to anyone who is having to deal with the PA Bar or any other licensing matter. Thank you Brian for your help, compassion and encouragement.

One of the most frustrating parts of immigration is CIS’s interpretation of who is eligible for adjustment of status based on the type of visa they entered with even if married to a US citizen because not all district offices see it the same way. I have been wondering in the east coast from one court to another and been told repeatedly by multiple attorneys that l have to return to my country and was not eligible for adjustment of status (the green card process in the US) in addition to two attorney that I retained who failed to solve my immigration status. I also have been told that I would have to consular process and apply for the ten year bar at one of the toughest CIS offices in the world. I end up in a deportation process where I have to attend a CIS office every week to confirm my identity and address, at the same time, they also had to come to my place on a weekly basis to confirm my identity and address. I gave up hopes and decided to go back to my country after 8 years struggle. I decided to go visit my friends in Philadelphia before returning to my country. Then, it happened that l tell my story to someone, that person asked me to visit an attorney and give it a shot. I didn't listen, I was hopeless. Few days later, I decided to go see, Kristofer Charles Kaufmann, an attorney in Center City of Philadelphia. I met him and explained to him my situation, what I went through and how much money I had to spend hopelessly. He told me that my case can be solved and I don't have to leave. First, I didn't take the joke from him, that's how it sounded to me, I thought he was joking about it but he was serious. Anyway, I decided to retain him and his fees were really reasonable. It took him less than a year and one court appearances to get my status fixed and hold my green card in my hands. Later, I statted referring clients for him regardless if it is an immigration case or not and all were happy and completely satisfied about him. It is really hard to find an honest and comitted attorney about his job. I really recommend him if not retain at least a consult and hope he will meet expectations just like what he did to me and other clients. Thank you Kristofer Charles Kaufmann, you are truly the best!!!
