Mr.Quinn represented me through one of the most trying times in my professional career when my nursing license and personal integrity were called into question by the State. He worked very diligently on my case and was very thorough with his investigation. Mr. Quinn was reassuring and encouraging during a difficult time, and for that I am so grateful. I came across Mr.Quinn and had an appointment within days. Mr Quinn went in to detail about the issue I was facing on the phone and in person and how it will all pan out. He put me at so much ease and was prompt answering emails, calls and any questions I had about the issue. He did an amazing job and got the issue taken care of in a matter of months. I had a great experience with the Rothenberg Law Firm, I had a slip and fall accident in 2012 and immediately thought of this firm. As with many injury cases it was a lengthy process and my lawyer Brian Strauss was amazing! Even after moving out of the Philadelphia area to South Florida he did everything to stay on top of my case. This firm and its staff are great and I would highly recommend him and this firm to anyone that is looking for a excellent person injury lawyer!

My lawyer, Neil Shukovsky, and everyone else at the firm was very helpful and knowledgeable after my car accident in 2014. Everything was settled quickly and without me needing to travel to Philly for anything, which was incredibly helpful. My traveling abilities are limited. Would definitely use the firm again and recommend them to others. Hopefully, for obvious reasons, we won't need to. Thanks again for everything!

I was confused beyond belief when I received a letter from the Office of Professional Licensing Bureau. I have been a nurse in good standing for over 20 years. I called them they appeared to be so helpful but I kept having this sick feeling about the information they wanted. I knew I needed help as I didn't understand what I did wrong or what I was reading. I called attorneys in Philadelphia not knowing where to turn and either they had no clue or couldn't be bothered. When I finally found Mr. Quinn, he spoke to me immediately for almost 30 minutes and put up with my insisting over and over I just didn't understand. He met with me within in a less than a week of speaking to me on the phone. He told me in advance everything he would need when I met with him in his office. His staff was lovely and helpful as well. We went over every scenario and outcome related to my allegation. He never made me feel rushed and I felt that he really cared. He took as much time as needed to tell me truthfully the best and worst case scenarios. He even called the Professional Licensing Legal Office and requested an extension to give my case the attention it needed. He also called me after his hours to clarify some information and when I retuned his call an on call service person, a real person not a machine spoke to me, took my message and he retuned the call within 5 minutes. He also emailed me and answered my emails. He even answered me at 10:30 PM when I came home late from work and received the determination from the prosecutors office and scanned it to him. Even though it looked like the case was dropped I didn't believe it. All that jargon they put in it I was afraid. I consider myself to be fairly intelligent but I just couldn't comprehend these letters. He wrote me back and simply wrote the best line I ever read that it was dropped. I cried in relief and in joy and I can't thank him enough. I can not stress to any of you how important it is not to try to handle these letters yourself no matter how benign they seem and to use a lawyer that knows what he is doing with professional licensing and that lawyer is Brian Quinn. A clerical error almost ruined my life and Mr. Quinn saved me from the loss of a lot of hard work and years that I have dedicated to the profession of nursing. I couldn't find nor recommend anyone better and that is what I have informed everyone including my colleagues.....Mr. Quinn you are simply the best.

I recently had a run in with DOS and Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. I was very nearly bullied into entering a program in which I did not belong. I didn't know my rights (nor did my personal attorney). I hired Atty. Quinn. Immediately I knew that he had played on this field before!
