Mr. Quinn assisted me with a difficult situation. He is very knowledgeable and was easy to speak to regarding the applicable law for my situation and talked me thru our game plan with a positive outcome. Without his consultation and advice and guidance, I would have made incorrect decisions with quite different outcomes. I cannot recommend Mr . Quinn more highly!
