I inquired about how to go start a case about possible nursing home neglect of my mom. I quickly received a call from the firm, and within a couple of hours, I received a call from a lawyer who took the time to thoroughly review my case. Even though I decided not to pursue a case at this time, I'm completely satisfied with the professionalism of the experience.
