Mike is great, he took care of everything and made things easy to understand. Took a long time but Mike pushed through and i am happy with the results.

Colossal Waste Of Time. Attorney acted like he could help me and had me send him a bunch of documents. I got my hopes up and never heard from him again even after multiple calls to him office and emails. He may have been busy or my case may have not been worth it but I could have at least got a return phone call saying hey I can’t do it instead of hiding out behind his office support staff. I am working with another attorney who is making progress on my case.

I never had the feeling Mr. Niznik would back down against the opposing lawyers under difficult circumstances in the legal process. I always knew my best interests were forefront in his efforts. In my specific case, Mr. Niznik was able to skillfully negotiate a just settlement finding an acceptable resolution for all parties involved. If it wasn't for Jesse Klaproth, I'm not quite sure where my personal injury case would be after 3 years. He came in like a gift from the heavens. He was always there to help with my questions in order to achieve the best outcome to the case. I was quite intimidated from everything but he had the confidence and knowledge to keep pushing. Even when the Covid obstacle was thrown in our way and courts were closed, he worked patiently and determined to keep us fighting to the end. Todd is a horrible lawyer! Not only does he do things when he feels like it, but he loves continuing court dates, getting disrespectful with judges and with his clients. He never has an answer to your questions and is very unprofessional. I would never recommend him to nobody and well known lawyers have never even heard of this man. If you decide to hire him please go with your gut feeling before giving him anything because he wont fight for you at all after getting paid.
