Mr. Viola is an exemplary attorney, tax advisor, and human being. He does not take any client, so if you get to be his client, know that you are a fortunate person and that your tax issues will be handled in the best way possible. My story: My problems started a few years before I contacted him, when I realized I had assets in another country that required special tax forms. During these years, tax season became an extremely stress-generating and frustrating experience. Mostly in part due to other tax firms not delivering what they had promised. I contacted many different tax firms and I was consistently left disappointed by their frequent delays, lack of communication, high fees, and even multiple glaring errors. In hindsight, many of these tax firms were more into marketing than actually providing tax preparation services. After another firm messed up my return, I knew I had to fix it, and that is when I found Mr. Viola. He was a heaven-sent. He took the time to listen to my tax situation, understood what had happened, and knew what had to be done. Always responsive, he was the only person during all these years who called me and spent over an hour on the phone to go over the return to make sure everything was right. No one else had done this before him. And thanks to his diligence, expertise, and experience, the amended tax return was filed successfully. I really wished I had known him years ago, I would have saved so many headaches, frustration, and money. If you have tax issues, be sure to ask Mr. Viola. If you get to work with him, feel fortunate that you are working with one of the best people in the field. Thank you Mr. Viola! You have made my life much better.

Working with Sarah has been exactly what I needed. From the start she was able to give me the confidence that I had filed my legal documents correctly, which is what I expected. What I didn't expect was her to be so proactive in helping me think about the next steps for my business. In just part of our session we were able to discuss legal requirements for me moving forward and brainstorm some avenues for expansion. Sarah and her team have been great to work with as I launch my first LLC. They delivered exactly what I needed for custom contracts, handled all of the LLC paperwork filing, and helped with business planning. I feel confident that my business is legally protected. The prices were higher than I originally intended to spend, but I would not feel as confident with the cookie-cutter contract templates that can be found online. Aside from price, the only other reason I chose a 4-star rating is because they are a little bit disorganized. There has been confusion about whether calls are occurring on Zoom or by phone, meetings often start 10 minutes late, and I was handed off to a partner/assistant at the last minute when I was scheduled to work with Sarah directly for my last contract. In the end, they always deliver high-quality results and follow up to make sure I'm satisfied, which is the most important factor to me. I highly recommend for the peace of mind that comes with a strong legal foundation for a small business!

Sarah and her team are fantastic! As a small business owner, I don't have a ton of money to spend on putting together my legal contracts but wanted something that would protect me and my company if the situation arose. Sarah is always friendly and quick to respond to me and offers great legal advice. I feel confident that the contracts we wrote together are clear, concise, and legally tight. I have really enjoyed working with her and am glad to have her and her team in my corner when needed.
