I had a consultation with Mr. Kirby yesterday. I must say that I was overwhelmed by the accomplishments that he has achieved. Talking to him brought a little bit of relief as I am going through a custody battle for my daughter. I'm still stressed, as anyone would be when it comes to your child whom you have raised. While talking to Mr. Kirby, I realized that he's passionate about his work. He's not in the profession it for just the money, he's in it for the love. A lot of lawyers (not all of them) claim their in it because they love their job but that's inaccurate and their really fooling themselves. Mr. Kirby made me feel like I was talking to a friend. I can tell you this... he don't play no games and will be straight forward with you. If you know anything about Marines then you know that they don't back down and that they don't go into a battle without a plan. If you want a lawyer that will get the job done, HE'S THE GUY FOR THE JOB! I know I have a storm ahead of me but Mr. Kirby will definitely calm that storm. If you want a phenomenal lawyer, then he's the one that you need to represent you. Update... I had court today and I'm super satisfied with the results. Nice people and they do a great job

Matt was highly recommended as a diligent attorney specializing in probable cause. I was wrongfully accused of a DUI and Matt spent many hours gathering evidence to prove that the officer had no reason to pull me over. We won our case! He is honest, straight forward, respectful, compassionate, etc. I would highly recommend him for any of your defense needs.

I'm currently going through a really nasty custody battle out in NJ with my ex-husband. I needed an attorney that understood not only PA law but NJ law as well. There were a few attorneys that came up with great ratings, but they didn't seem to be overly concerned with how my current matter was being handled. See I have an NJ attorney already but he only practiced in NJ and didn't have a license to practice in PA. So he wasn't familiar with PA laws and what options I had in Philadelphia. My ex and I both lived in Philadelphia for the past year and had a custody order based out of NJ that my ex filed a counter motion against. I needed someone to help me understand my rights with both PA and NJ. When I first called Mr. Kirby and explained my situation he stated that because I had a current attorney in NJ that he couldn't really discuss the case not because he wasn't allowed to but because of integrity and respect for his fellow attorney. This is the first I heard any attorney say to me. The rest were ready to have me fire my current attorney and take over the matter in which I wasn't comfortable with. That initial phone call made my decision for me because most attorneys are looking to get more money from you while he was giving me his honest feedback and your integrity is everything. I immediately scheduled an in person consultation with him. After meeting with Mr. Kirby, he completely put me at ease and regained my confidence back with my current case. My NJ attorney is great but because he didn't understand PA law it was difficult to understand my rights and what procedures needed to be followed. When Mr. Kirby got in touch with my NJ attorney they got along great and exchanged information regarding my case to prepare him for when he can have the matter moved over to PA. Since my ex's current attorney keeps requesting more motions and wasn't willing to come to a settlement on the matter this case has dragged on in NJ since September and won't be finalized (hopefully) till December. Mr. Kirby has never declined one of my calls and has been extremely mindful of my time and the money I am spending because technically I am currently paying for 2 attorneys on retainer. My case is still currently in NJ, but I have 100% full confidence once we're able to move this matter over to PA that Mr. Kirby will do everything he has currently been doing for me and then much much more. If you're looking for an honest (rare with lawyers), trustworthy, hard working, real, and tells you how it is.....LOOK NO FURTHER THIS IS THE MAN FOR YOU!!!!! I've had a difficult time with my case and to be able to talk to someone that you can vent your frustrations to especially during a time where you are fighting for your kids, is one of the best feelings in the world. William Kirby not only talked to me as an attorney but also as a friend. He seriously has made this matter less stressful for me and I am forever grateful to him for that. I absolutely recommend him to anyone that is currently battling a family law matter.

I contacted Matt Hagarty on a friend's recommendation, to help with my 18yo son's arrest on drug and paraphernalia possession charges in Philadelphia. Matt answered my call late in the business day and was consistently responsive and communicative throughout the process. He was so helpful in not only finding out information about where my son was and what the process would be, but steering us through what to expect in regard to charges and consequences. He personally visited my son prior to his arraignment and kept in touch with us over the course of the week it took get through the initial phase and then subsequent court appearance. Matt communicated with me very well and always made sure I knew what was going on from the beginning to the end of the process. Being my first offense I was very in the dark about what would happen. When I first met him I was about to see the Judge for the first time and he got me up to speed on what to expect. Since I'm in college and my mom was a little while away it was very comforting to know what was going on. Once the process got started he was very understanding and helpful with getting me back on track and expunging my offense from my record. Hopefully I won't be, but if I am in legal trouble in the future I will more than likely seek his services again. Thank you very much Matt.

My case was self defense ...After I told Matt my situation and why I should be free of all charges he told me straight up we got this BUT you gonna have to trust me lol knowing how unpredictable these thing can be I was very concerned for my family if anything should went wrong then my family will be affected greatly...but Mr Matt was true to is word great man great lawyer ...Thanks Matt now I have my family again trying to put this nightmare behind me ...If I know anyone need a lawyer you will be first on my list thanks again job well done ...Ethan
