Jonathan and his team were extremely helpful in helping me obtain my H-1B visa (change of employer). Throughout the process they were very responsive, patient with all the questions, communicative about their decision-making process. They clearly know what they are doing. Jonathan Grode and Andrew Rogers at Green & Spiegel are amazingly effective in their work. They were wise and relentless in their efforts to help a talented young Nigerian friend of mine secure a visa to work in the USA this summer (2019). The staff at Green and Spiegel LLC, specifically Jonathan Grode have been nothing short of spectacular. I am in the United States from Canada on an H-3 visa that Jonathan helped me with just under 2 years ago. Training in the United States at a restaurant that was supposed to open their Toronto location by the time my visa expired. As with most restaurants there has been a setback and Jonathan has been working tirelessly to help find another visa that will allow me to stay in the United States and continue with the company until the Toronto location opens. Dealing with our HR department is never easy and Jonathan has been extremely patient when it comes to dealing with them. Sending the information necessary to understand what visas are available and why a certain visa may or may not be the best choice. Being in the hospitality industry my hours are quite long and I typically finish working in the late hours of the night. This has never been an issue though as Jonathan and I have had phone calls from 12-1 o'clock in the morning about the issues at hand. I am really not sure if he ever sleeps. Seriously, thank you for the extended consultation you have been outstanding!

Mr. Jonathan Grode is the best lawyer that I have ever interacted with. He helped me with a very difficult situation and he was always available to talk about the case. He stays up till 2 AM at night working on cases and is willing to respond to emails and talk to you on the phone at those late hours and on weekends too. That became a routine for us and he would be happy to chat at those late hours. He has tremendous legal knowledge due to his many years of experience in the field which clearly shows. The Green and Spiegel office has other great staff too which really helped my case regarding my student visa issues. Despite all of that, he is very friendly and willing to be very accommodative of you. I don't think you will find any other lawyer who's as accessible as him and willing to invest so much time and energy to build a personal connection. In all, I would highly recommend him without any reservations to everyone who needs legal help.

I wanted to write a review about Jonathan Grode for anyone who is looking for an amazing lawyer, or an “angel”. Our case was very complex and I was freaking out and I prayed for a helping hand and Jonathan called me on a Sunday at 7am! He is that committed! He listened, empathized and found the best way to resolve our immigration situation. He assured me everything was going to be OK and that he was going to help us, and help he did! He went above and beyond and did everything to resolve our dilemma. He also guided us every step of the way, he was very thorough and anytime we freaked out, he made himself available and called us! It was a long process, but Jonathan kept us in his mind and his staff was sure to email or call us with any new developments. My husband now has his green card thanks to God and the angel he sent to help us along the way - Jonathan Grode. Green and Spiegel is best immigration firm, Jonathan is excellent immigration lawyer, very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and responsive and I couldn't have chosen a better lawyer then him, Josh was one who worked on my complex case end to end with extreme fineness, always a phone call away, they were always there guiding, explaining the process, Will recommend him to friends and family.
