I was so impressed with the Law frim of Pearson Koutcher. I will, without doubt make sure that they are on the top of my list of referrals to friends & family. As for Eric Pearson I could not have asked for a better Lawyer to represent me in my W/C case. I would also like to give a big shout out to his team especially Donna. My experience has been very horrible with this firm. I thought I was making the right decision based on the good reviews but I felt let down. The experienced started good with Donna being responsive and Eric seem to have had the best interest of me, but once the lawsuit progress, the communication has been terrible. I worked mainly with Dave and Jon and they were not ethical lawyers. I was told that I had to be present during the mediation and that Jon would call me early in the morning to prep me before the mediation. The day of the mediation, he never called and proceeded the mediation without me. I received such a low ball offer and they never told me what had happened. Jon never even called to apologize or explained what had happened. I was treated so terrible as If I didn’t matter. I had to constantly reach out to Dave and if I didn’t, he wouldn’t bother. Towards the end, I noticed there was some dishonesty on his part. I became pregnant and because the process was so stressful, I decided to just settle with the case, and move on with my life. Also, I no longer trusted the firm. Even during the settlement, they didn’t even updated my address after constantly telling them about the change of my address. I would not recommend this firm!!!

Thank you for providing me guidance and assisting me with the claims process. Without your knowledge, I would have not been able to proceed with my property damage claims.

My experience with this firm was excellent! My attorney Laura Brooke and her assistant Aimee went above and beyond in helping me settle my case. Eric Pearson was absolutely the most thorough and professional lawyer I've ever dealt with. He was great with communication. He always followed through on his promises. He also made sure to check in with me regarding my case if I hadn't touched base with him after a awhile. Lastly I really appreciate how down to earth he was, which made it easier for me to feel at ease when discussing my situation and dealing with the stress of my case. I highly recommend him for sure.

I HIGHLY recommend Pearson Koutcher Law! I was happy, relieved, and appreciative when they took my case, as it was not an easy one. I cannot say it wasn't difficult, especially being financially strapped during this time; but, it's reassuring when you have help along the way, as they do as much as possible to help you and keep you abreast of the progress of the case.
