I do not recommend working with Klasko Immigration Law Partners. My experience is with EB5 application so if your home country's law firm partner with Klasko in regards to EB5 investments, DO NOT PROCEED. I had been working with Klasko through my lawyers at Vietnam Access America since 2017 and both of them are very unresponsive through email (usually take months to answer my question). Phone calls were never returned. Request for meetings were denied. Over the years, I had been asking multiple times for status updates and progress and so far no questions were answered thoroughly. Not sure if they even work at all on my case. Update: just checked my USCIS application status and nope, Klasko have not worked on my request submitted a month ago.

Jaimie Collins from the Philadelphia Pennsylvania Cordell & Cordell divorce firm office was once again successful in negotiations in obtaining a fair outcome to a very much stressful situation. I felt from the very beginning that she took my situation seriously and would always respond back to me in a timely matter day or night with any questions or ideas that I would run past her. She does care and has a watchful eye with years of experience to make sure her clients are represented and receive the best outcome that they deserve. I very highly recommend her if you are in need of representation. I can confidently see why Cordell & Cordell has her on staff as they truly do back up what they say as being "A Partner Men Can Count On."

I can only say that this has been the pathetic experience for me and I would highly recommend anybody to not to work with this law firm. I was repeatedly told they will file my VISA extension in 3-4 weeks of time but it has been 6 weeks now still two more steps in the processes are pending. I guess they may take another 3-4 weeks. This is just as an example. I had other situations with my green card processing that I am not concerned that much with their delays because my priority date is too far. If I consider them then it will be a nightmare experience for me. I can't express my anxious waiting period in words. I am deeply disappointed with the service of this law firm.

Honestly, I don’t know where to start. Klasko law immigration were the best law immigration that I ever worked with up until now. Worked with few law partners before, but Klasko law is no where compared to others.System they follow here is top notch from the time you upload docs in the portal until the time of your case approval. Quality, transparency & attention to detail are some of the things I can say to then when accomplishing a task.I really appreciate the way Klasko handled my case and I’d definitely recommend this firm to anyone looking or in seek of help for any type of immigration matters.
